our PROVEN 10-step process

  1. BRIEFING: Our inquiry form helps us to understand your needs. You can download it here.

  2. CONFIRMATION: We’ll confirm your request and get in touch if we have any additional questions.

  3. BRAINSTORM: Our team will gather ideas to create your unique incentive experience.

  4. PROPOSAL: We’ll send you our best proposal by email (including detailed calculation) or present this to you in person or over a video conference call.

  5. FOLLOW UP: We’ll schedule a follow up call to discuss questions you might have and then further tailor the proposed program to your liking/budget.

  6. INSPECTION (optional): Your Program Manager can plans a site inspection. This allows you to inspect the destination and program elements beforehand.

  7. BOOKING: We’ll send you the agreement to sign, arrange financial transfers, and will put holds on hotel rooms, restaurants, venues, excursions, transportation and staff.

  8. ACTIVATION: Once all communication material is developed, we’ll start activating your teams, dealers and partners for their (qualified) participation.

  9. EXECUTION: We advise to have a dedicated Program Manager (or team) on-site during the course of your incentive program to oversee a smooth experience and manage any additional requests.

  10. REPORTING (optional): At completion of the program, we will send out a participant satisfaction survey and we’ll work with your team to measure success and ROI and discuss any lessons learned for future programs.
