First Incentive Travel headquarters is owned and operated by Joost de Meyer. Mr. de Meyer acts as Chairman and CEO and is responsible for business development, international sales and client management. Our branch offices are owned and operated by their own Managing Directors.

He acts as the President and oversees business development, client management, staff management and is involved in the day to day operations. In addition, he is part of the First Incentive Travel Executive Team. Todd has over 16 years of experience in global meetings and incentives.
