First Incentive Travel headquarters is owned and operated by Joost de Meyer. Mr. de Meyer acts as Chairman and CEO and is responsible for business development, international sales and client management. Our branch offices are owned and operated by their own Managing Directors.

First Incentive Travel International is a full service meeting, incentive, convention and event planning division that focuses on US corporations and associations that have programs in the US and around the world. We have an experienced planning team that understands the nuances of each type of program and what it takes to produce a successful meeting, incentive, convention or event regardless of the destination. Even though we are located in the United States and have planned numerous programs throughout the US, our true specialty lies in the international arena.

First Incentive Travel International is run by Todd Black. He acts as the President and oversees business development, client management, staff management and is involved in the day to day operations. In addition, he is part of the First Incentive Travel Executive Team. Todd has over 16 years of experience in global meetings and incentives.
